OVERVIEW

Santos FC is currently selecting international players with interest in playing at the Adidas Champions Cup 2024 in Tampa in December. The program includes training with Santos selected Brazilian players and Santos youth academy coaches and playing a minimum of 3 games.

Adidas Champions Cup: Orlando & Tampa, December 16-23, 2024, players U9 to U18

A few openings for players U9 to U18 available for International players. Other tournament options will become available for 2025.This is the 3rd year Santos travels to International tournaments with the Experience Program, see the full video of the 2023 trip.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Tuesday – December 17

Arrive in Orlando

Day 2: Wednesday – December 18

Training Session with Santos FC from 9 am to 12:00

Day 3: Thursday – December 19

Training Session with Santos FC from 9 am to 12:00

Day 4: Friday – December 20

Transfer to Sarasota

Evening: Adidas Champions Cup Game #1

Day 5: Saturday – December 21

Adidas Champions Cup Game #2

Adidas Champions Cup Game #3

Day 6: Sunday – December 22

Adidas Champions Cup #4 (if team advances)

Day 7: Monday – December 23

Free/Flight home

Two training sessions with coaches from Santos FC Academy in Orlando Before the tournament;
Be coached by Santos FC Academy Coaches during the Adidas Cup
1 Santos FC official Uniforme Kit with 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 socks, and travel shirt;
Adidas Champions Cup tournament registration fees and 3 games guaranteed.

Optional:

hotel room: If player is traveling with Family and the the family wants a room on the same hotel of the group (3 nights in Orlando and 3 nights in Tampa/Sarasota area), you can add it at a $259 rate per night.

Hotels details: rooms are either 2 queen size beds or 1 king +1 sofa-bed). The hotel in Orlando is a Marriot branded hotel near Vineland Av. and in Sarasota, the hotel is near the Mall at University Town Center (we are using several hotels in Sarasota including Hilton and Marriot branded hotels).

One of the oldest stadiums in Brazil was built in a very congested area, the main reason for its modest capacity compared to other famous grounds in the country. In 1916 Vila Belmiro was not even part of the city, it was a village in the suburbs. This was however the first venue owned by Santos FC to which the stadium was already third venue used.

OUR PLAYERS

Some of our academy players have become super stars and have played for the Brazilian National Team in World Cups and other competitions. Neymar and Danilo have played for the national team in the last three world cups while Rodrygo and Gabriel are current playing at a very high level for Real Madrid and Flamengo.
